You’ll soon be able to get your hands on the Honor 9 Lite in India. The company has revealed that the smartphone will launch as a Flipkart exclusive, although there’s no word on exactly when it will go on sale. However, it’s expected to become available sometime this month.
There’s also no word on how much the Honor 9 Lite will set you back, but it will probably cost the same as in China. The cheapest model with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage retails for CNY 1,199 (around Rs. 11,700), while the most expensive one with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage goes for CNY 1,799 (around Rs. 17,500).
As a refresher, the Honor 9 Lite made its debut in December and offers a 5.65-inch display with Full HD+ resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It’s powered by the Kirin 659 chipset and equipped with a dual-camera setup on the back as well as the front. Both feature 13 and 2 MP sensors, allowing you to capture those fancy bokeh images that are all the rage these days.
The handset packs a 3,000 mAh battery, supports expandable storage up to 256 GB, and sports a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It has a gorgeous design with a shiny glass back and runs Android Oreo with Huawei’s EMUI 8.0 on top.
